San Chez consistently receives awards for service and food from publications such as Grand Rapids Magazine and On the Town. Readers and publishers alike have consistently showered San Chez Bistro as “Best of” awards as well as for “Best Ethnic restaurant,” “Best restaurant downtown,” “Best atmosphere and ambiance,” and “Best appetizers.” San Chez Bistro has also been given two national awards, “One of the 50 best Hispanic restaurants in the U.S.A.” by Hispanic Magazine and “Best restaurant in Town & Best Spanish Restaurant” by Where the Locals Eat, Magellan Press.
